Still continuing with this, doing it mon to Fri and weekend off, not been able to do the 30 resp in one go like the first time but going to try again after weekend.
Yeah i know, i have managed it on a few occasions though! Usually bang out 30 in the morning all at once or broken down then ten resp throughout the day, i have since moved up to 15 reps just now 20 next week and so on.
