A fresh start
Hi all
Been away from the "scene" or more accurately been lurking in the background for a while, I endeavour to pull my finger out of my arse and get training again. So before everyone jumps on the New Year resolution bandwagon i hope to get something sorted soon, missus has dirty dancing workout DVD? Too far?
