Stressed to the max with this lost present thing, seems like the landlord has gone and had himself a free Xmas on my behalf!
Not really trained too much this week, training tonight, been trying to get sets of situps and pushups done in the morning, at least it's something!
Been reading through old books i have, found one by Peter Connsterdine called Fit to Fight, a really good book more to do with the mental attidude born out of hard training.
Still waiting on Grapplefit DVD, hopefully should be here soon.
