I first did ton ups as the combative guys call them at one my first training sessions, i think i nearly puked then, only did one round of them this time going to add a round every time i do it though.
Each exercise ten reps
Burpees
Pushups
Frog situps
Tuck jumps
Narrow Pushups
Crunches
Squat jumps
Wide pushups
Hand over knee sit ups
Sqaut thrusts
Time 4min 16 secs
Some cable work
Punch out drills 10's
Both hands, black bands
200 reps
Straight shot
Double black bands
50 each side
Plank 1 min
BUSTER
