Only just found out there is a track near my house!

Dude your getting FASTER by the last reps.

Shows that -

A - your not going fast enough initially (get a warm up lap first).

B - you couldve done a few more laps. Id guess 8


Oh yeah and that better be a 400m track or damn man your slow! ;o)
