Can't remeber where i get this workout, set your stopwatch and record the time over a set distance and then stop it and try to beat it on the way back, i failed!

Pushups 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
Situps 10, 10 10, 10, 10

10 pushups then 10 situps keep going till 50 reps each
